I made this just last night and it was amazing. It’s great to not have to go out and buy weird ingredients when you want to make something new. I had everything in my larder already!

For a quick dish that packs plenty of flavour and texture, this is certainly a winner, and a good alternative to the crap usually found on a Chinese takeaway menu. Well done.

It never ceases to amaze me what you can do with tomato ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. I love Chinese food and although this isn’t technically Chinese, or is it? it tastes pretty good to me. For those fish lovers out there, try it with Whelks instead of chicken.

  5. I once fell asleep in a Chinese meal after a few pints of London Pride, I’d never fall asleep when presented with this to eat. I tried it and it’s gorgeous. Best spicy type chicken I’ve tasted.
